Highland Dining Out Experience
Entries are invited from restaurants, hotels, tearooms and pubs, in fact all sectors of the hospitality industry, which have used quality produce from the Highlands and Islands to drive their business forward. The judges are looking for evidence of strong links with local suppliers, produce being well cooked and innovatively presented within a welcoming and customer friendly environment. Most importantly, the judges want to know how businesses are bringing in more customers as a result of adopting best practice in the use and presentation of Highlands and Islands produce.
