Customer Care

Criteria

This award will recognise exceptional customer care in a way that reflects the tradition of Highland hospitality. In addition to excellence in service standards we are searching for those businesses that go that step further to create guest experience that is unsurpassed.
Importantly, the award will be given to a business large or small, whose philosophy of customer care runs through all aspects of the way the business operates. The award is open to all businesses participating in the Visit Scotland QA scheme.

Essential Entry Information
  • Total entry to be no more that 750 words
  • Supporting materials should be provided to accompany the completed entry form for Customer Care
  • Entry forms sent by email will not be accepted
  • This ‘Customer Care’ entry form must be completed and returned to the address below with supporting materials to arrive no later than 5pm on Friday 29th August 2008
  • Entries received after 5pm on Friday 29th August will not be accepted
  • Entries and supporting materials cannot be returned to the sender
