Criteria

This award is open to businesses of any size, which can demonstrate they go the extra mile to consistently provide a unique and memorable visitor experience.
This category is open to every business, which extends a great welcome and makes an extraordinary effort to provide more than is expected to the visitors who come to the Highlands. Tourism is our biggest industry and we are competing on a world stage for customers and it is critical that the service we deliver is the “Best”.

The Board wants to recognise the importance of service to the continual growth and development of the Highland tourism.

Essential Entry Information:
  • Total entry to be no more that 750 words
  • Supporting materials should be provided to accompany the completed entry form for Best Visitor Experience
  • Entry forms sent by email will not be accepted
  • This ‘Best Visitor Experience’ entry form must be completed and returned to the address below with supporting materials to arrive no later than 5pm on Friday 29th August 2008
  • Entries received after 5pm on Friday 29th August will not be accepted
  • Entries and supporting materials cannot be returned to the sender
