The Highlands and Islands Tourism Awards 2017 Winners

The Highlands and Islands Tourism Awards 2017 Winners were announced at the Drumossie Hotel on Friday 3rd November.  55 finalists were vying for the awards, which celebrate and recognise the best places to eat, drink and enjoy the area’s scenery, hospitality, wildlife, history and culture.  Winners in 16 categories overcame unprecedented competition to be crowned the best in the region and picked up the famous piper trophies.

All of our winners, with the exception of the Highland Rising Star and the Highland Ambassador, will go on to battle it out at the Scottish Thistle Awards National Final at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre on Thursday 15th March 2018.  For more information about the Scottish Thistle Awards, click here.
